The broker, Terrie Alderman has been in the business for over 20 years and previously owned and operated Towne Lake Realty, with over 15 agents in Woodstock, Ga. The company Towne Lake Realty was purchased by Coldwell Banker, The Condo Store within one year of the grand opening and Terrie Alderman was retained as the managing broker for the Towne Lake Realty location. The company Alderman Classic Realty, LLC will follow in the footsteps of Towne Lake Realty in being innovative in being involved in marketing and selling homes across the board in pricing.
